June 16th 2020 – The Government of Quebec is launching the second call for proposals under the Fonds d’accélération des collaborations en santé (FACS). Consortia of partners from the public, private and non-profit sectors are invited to submit structuring projects that meet the current and future practical needs of companies in the life sciences sector.
Proposed initiatives may involve any health-related discipline, including:
- the biopharmaceutical industry;
- medical technology;
- information technology applied to health (including AI approaches).
Selected projects will be awarded funds ranging from $5 million to $10 million.
Interested organizations must submit their short application by August 19, 2020 at 4 p.m.
Two information sessions will be held to present the objectives, eligibility and selection criteria of the call for proposals on June 22 and July 13, 2020 at 10 a.m. They will also include a question period.
