Call for Ideas in Radiopharmaceuticals

New Funding Opportunity for Canadian Radiopharmaceutical Innovations | CQDM and CPDC

CQDM and the Centre for Probe Development and Commercialization (CPDC) are pleased to launch a Canada-wide Call for Ideas aimed at identifying innovative Canadian technologies, discoveries, and companies that can contribute to the next generation of radiopharmaceuticals.

Radiopharmaceuticals are rapidly transforming diagnostic and therapeutic approaches in precision medicine. To support the emergence of groundbreaking projects and strengthen the Canadian and Quebec life sciences ecosystem, this initiative seeks to identify high-potential opportunities capable of delivering significant clinical, scientific, and economic impact.

Who Can Apply?

This call is open to:

  • Canadian startups and small- to medium-sized enterprises (SMEs)
  • Established Canadian biotechnology and pharmaceutical companies
  • Researchers from Canadian universities and research institutions
  • Academic-industry partnerships and multidisciplinary teams

Why Submit a Project?

Selected applicants will be invited to participate in the CQDM-CPDC Pitch Day on December 2, 2026, where they will have the opportunity to present their technology directly to CPDC’s investment team.
