CQDM is proud to announce the internal promotion of Sandra Constantin as Program Manager and EDI Lead! In her new role, Sandra will ensure the efficient and rigorous management of CQDM funding programs (excluding the FACS program) as well as all projects in the portfolio. She will also continue to play her role as head of EDI at CQDM.
According to Fanny Guimont-Desrochers, PhD, her immediate superior:
“Since her arrival at CQDM, Sandra has contributed a lot to the deployment and operationalization of the EDI plan as well as the optimization of project management processes. She is also an outstanding colleague and a seasoned project manager. This new role will allow her to leverage her varied skills and knowledge in the proper management of the CQDM project portfolio.
