Bio
Xavier Linker joined CQDM in September 2024 as Director of Strategic Initiatives. Before joining CQDM, Xavier spent nearly six years in the innovation ecosystem, first as a coordinator of major programs and initiatives at TransMedTech and previously as a co-founder and director of Neurosphere, McGill University’s neuroscience innovation accelerator (funded through the Healthy Brains, Healthy Lives initiative). Prior to that, Xavier began his career in business development, holding various roles within preclinical contract research organizations, first in France and then in Canada since 2012.
Xavier holds an engineering degree in biochemical engineering from the National Institute of Applied Sciences in Toulouse (France), along with a Specialized Master’s in Biotechnology Management from the Toulouse Business School (France), giving him a dual expertise in science and management.
Xavier is an avid mountain biker, a passion that allows him to push his limits and enjoy the many mountains of Quebec and the United States. Additionally, he thrives through kickboxing and traveling.
