Marketing and Communications Director since November 2025, Julia Serafino joined CQDM in April 2024.
Throughout her time with the organization, she has held several roles and distinguished herself through her strategic vision, her ability to structure large-scale initiatives, and her skill in aligning communications activities with organizational objectives. The consistency, quality, and impact of her contributions naturally led to her appointment as Marketing and Communications Director.

Julia holds a Master’s degree in Marketing and Communications and brings more than ten years of experience in healthcare marketing. Prior to joining CQDM, she worked for a medical device company, where she gained experience in both product marketing and field-based roles as a Regional Scientific Manager working closely with healthcare professionals. These experiences provided her with a strong understanding of clinical, regulatory, and commercial challenges, as well as a proven ability to design and implement marketing strategies tailored to complex environments.

Outside of her professional responsibilities, Julia enjoys outdoor activities and values opportunities for exchange and collaboration, which help foster a strong team-oriented culture.
