Jasmine Martinelli joined CQDM in May 2026 as an Accounting Technician. In this role, she supports the efficient execution of the organization’s financial operations and contributes to the integrity and reliability of its accounting processes.

Prior to joining CQDM, she acquired experience in accounting and financial operations support within both private‑sector and governmental environments. This background enabled her to develop strong expertise in bookkeeping, financial transaction management, and process documentation in structured and regulated contexts.

Jasmine holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting Sciences from the Université du Québec en Outaouais, as well as a college diploma in Accounting and Management. Her academic training provided her with a solid foundation in financial accounting, analysis, and management, along with a rigorous understanding of the principles and best practices of the discipline.

Passionate about dance, she values creativity, discipline, and perseverance, qualities she also applies in her professional activities. She enjoys music and physical training, pursuits that reflect her energy, commitment, and dedication to maintaining balance.
