Bio

Dorothy Josué joined CQDM in August 2023 as Chief Accountant. Before joining out team, Dorothy was an accountant at Domtar, where she consolidated her skills in corporate accounting. To begin with, she worked in a family business in Quebec as an accounting assistant.

With a baccalaureate in Economic sciences and Finance from Université de Montréal already under her belt, Dorothy pursued her quest for knowledge by specializing in accounting at HEC Montreal, thus obtaining her CPA. As an avid learner and perfectionist, she recently completed a short graduate diploma in Management at HEC Montreal and hopes to start a Master of Business Administration (MBA) at UQAM School of Management in 2024.

Outside of her professional commitments, Dorothy is actively involved in Sayaspora, as treasurer on the Board of Directors. This platform, dedicated to the emancipation of women from the African diaspora, demonstrates her involvement in social causes.
