For nearly fifteen years, she has worked within the healthcare network and the community sector. In these settings, she has held management and coordination roles in complex environments, developing a strong ability to bridge strategic priorities with practical implementation while taking into account on-the-ground realities and stakeholders\u2019 needs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Her experience spans project management, quality and risk management, as well as governance and change support. She is particularly driven by initiatives that bring together a diversity of stakeholders and are rooted in collaboration and co-creation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
