On March 26 in Toronto<\/strong>, more than 200 leaders, innovators, investors, and partners<\/strong> from Canada\u2019s genomics and life sciences ecosystem gathered for Connect\u2011Bio Expanded<\/em><\/strong>\u2014an event dedicated to omics technologies<\/strong> and their strategic role in advancing innovation in health and life sciences.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This dynamic day was driven by a shared ambition: to foster collaboration, accelerate partnerships, and turn scientific innovation into tangible outcomes for industry<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A Collaboration\u2011Driven Genomics Event<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Throughout the event, participants engaged in high\u2011level discussions<\/strong> covering key topics such as:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Thanks to the biopartnering platform<\/strong>, this event enabled targeted and high\u2011value interactions:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    • More than 170 qualified connections<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Over 160 scheduled one\u2011to\u2011one meetings<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • 2,600+ messages exchanged<\/strong>, reflecting a highly engaged and active ecosystem<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

      Strong Industry Engagement<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

      The event brought together a broad range of innovation stakeholders in life sciences, with a strong industry presence<\/strong>: biotechnology companies and contract research organizations (CROs)<\/strong> accounted for more than 50% of participants<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
