Join an <br>agile team, driven by a unique mission, and evolve in a dynamic professional environment <br>where your contribution will have a significant impact on our shared success. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-ast-global-color-1-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-aa6f4067344c0d7ec1c7557c1783aa0f wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Create and manage engaging digital content for various platforms (website, social media,<br>etc.).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Design and organize engaging events for the biopharmaceutical (B2B) community,<br>developing innovative concepts and ensuring careful planning.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Increase the visibility of events by implementing effective pre- and post-event<br>communication strategies and creating promotional material to maximize the impact of<br>initiatives.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Analyze data and key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess campaign effectiveness<br>and propose recommendations for improvement.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure brand consistency across all communications media used by the organization.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Contribute actively to the organization&#8217;s strategic communications\/marketing plan.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Collaborate and coordinate with other team members to support the company&#8217;s overall<br>communications and marketing objectives.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-ast-global-color-1-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-ecad3535ca6badb7ee474c59cd0e2eae wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>REQUIREMENTS<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Undergraduate degree in communications or marketing<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Three to five years&#8217; experience in communications and\/or marketing<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Relevant experience in communications\/marketing plan execution<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience in web content management and optimization<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience in the life sciences industry and knowledge of the main players in the<br>ecosystem are assets<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-ast-global-color-1-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-d5d1b5f66338b79751c7b5fa1b61c3bf wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>SKILLS &amp; QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Perfectly bilingual, with an excellent command of written English and French<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Good knowledge of Microsoft Office suite software<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Knowledge of digital communications tools such as WordPress, Cyberimpact (or similar)<br>and Canva<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Knowledge of Google Ads<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong writing and content creation skills<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Self-starter with initiative<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Rigor in coordination, organization and implementation<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Effective prioritization skills and adept at managing multiple tasks simultaneously<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Speed of execution and simplicity of processes<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Rigor in coordination, organization and implementation<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dynamism, curiosity, creativity, team spirit and a strong sense of belonging &#8211;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-ast-global-color-1-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-bafada530deec27203ba97b0237298e6 wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>START DATE<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Immediately<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-ast-global-color-1-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-3106a12d6da58a14c5c0db84fb511ed3 wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>WORKING ENVIRONMENT<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">At CQDM, we are committed to providing competitive employment conditions and a flexible<br>hybrid work environment.
