Apply now!"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<section>\n<div class=\"content\">\n<div class=\"l-container\">\n<div class=\"content-body s-3-tmargin\">\n<p><strong>Summer&nbsp;Intership position &#8211; Administration and Accounting<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>POSITION SUMMARY:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The CQDM is looking for a student to assist the Vice President Finance and Administration with various administrative and accounting tasks.<\/p>\n<p><strong>PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bookkeeping;<\/li>\n<li>Assistance in the preparation of reports for the different levels of government (federal and provincial);<\/li>\n<li>Filing of documents;<\/li>\n<li>Assist with updating CQDM\u2019s performance indicators (financial and projects);<\/li>\n<li>Creating or managing Excel files, some complex;<\/li>\n<li>Other related tasks, if needed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>REQUIRED SKILLS\/EDUCATION:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Student (2<sup>nd<\/sup>&nbsp;and 3<sup>&nbsp;nd<\/sup>&nbsp;year) of a bachelor&#8217;s degree in administration, accounting or equivalent;<\/li>\n<li>Bilingual in oral and written (English and French);<\/li>\n<li>Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office suite;<\/li>\n<li>Advanced level of Excel knowledge, an asset;<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of SAGE software, an asset.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>ABILITIES AND REQUIRED QUALITIES:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Autonomous with good leadership qualities;<\/li>\n<li>Sense of organization, detail oriented and thorough;<\/li>\n<li>Professional attitude, tact and diplomacy;<\/li>\n<li>Motivated, results oriented;<\/li>\n<li>Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously;<\/li>\n<li>Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion at all times.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em><br>*&nbsp;<\/em><em>The position is available full-time from early May to late August at CQDM office&nbsp;<\/em><em>(Ville Saint-Laurent Technoparc).<br><\/em><em>*&nbsp;<\/em><em>Possibility of a part-time position as of September<\/em><em>.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Interested candidates should send their application as soon as possible to Jennifer Saleeb at&nbsp;<a>jsaleeb@cqdm.org<\/a>.
