Consortia of partners from the public, private and non-profit sectors are invited to submit structuring projects that meet the current and future practical needs of companies in the life sciences sector.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Proposed initiatives may involve any health-related discipline, including:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>the biopharmaceutical industry;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>medical technology;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>information technology applied to health (including AI approaches).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Selected projects will be awarded funds ranging from $5 million to $10 million.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Interested organizations must submit their short application by <strong>August&nbsp;19,&nbsp;2020 at 4 p.m<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Two information sessions will be held to present the objectives, eligibility and selection criteria of the call for proposals on June&nbsp;22 and July&nbsp;13, 2020 at 10&nbsp;a.m. They will also include a question period.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Visit the <a href=\"https:\/\/cqdm.orgfacs\/\">FACS call for proposals web page<\/a> for details.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>June 16th 2020 &#8211; The Government of Quebec is launching the second call for proposals under the Fonds d\u2019acc\u00e9l\u00e9ration des collaborations en sant\u00e9 (FACS).
