The Administrative Coordinator plays a pivotal role in providing vital administrative support to CQDM. By collaborating closely with various team members, you will contribute to fostering an organized and efficient work environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Revise and compose various external and internal documents with precision.
- Provide support to general human resources functions.
- Manage documents, ensuring impeccable formatting and providing translations as required.
- Organize and coordinate various events (internally and externally).
- Fulfill the role of Travel Reservations Specialist, acting as a delegate for all travel requests and ensuring strict adherence to travel policy.
- Efficiently handle the procurement of office supplies and equipment, along with maintaining corresponding inventories.
- Take charge of coordinating technical support in collaboration with external partners in information technology.
- Collaborate in the effective management of our office space and facilities.
- Execute various administrative tasks as needed.
WHAT YOU NEED
- Hold an A.E.C. (Attestation of Collegial Studies – AEC) or a D.E.C. (Collegial Studies Diploma – DEC) in office automation or any other relevant training with experience in the field;
- 4 to 6 years of relevant experience;
- Bilingualism, with excellent proficiency in written French and English;
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with an innate ability to understand priorities well;
- Demonstrate great precision in your work;
- Have the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and demonstrate a high level of autonomy;
- Be able to learn quickly and adapt to changes in directives;
- Possess excellent mastery of the MS Office suite: Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, Powerpoint.
