Structure and Governance
Executive Committee
The Executive Committee currently consists of Léon Gosselin, Jennifer Chan, Richard Fajzel, Neil Maresky and Donald Olds, all of whom are independent directors, and Max Fehlmann, who is a director and officer of CQDM.
The Executive Committee exercises, under the management of the directors, all the powers of the directors with regard to the management and control of the business of the Corporation. The Executive Committee consults with, and assists, the officers and the representatives in all business regarding the Corporation and its management.
